What can you expect?

Before Leaven's time as a was a wine bar - Leaven was a new nordic fine dinning restaurant and we have been so fortunate to established a close partnership with Eva Kjær and her team of amazing chefs.  Eva was in charge off the kitchen, when Leaven was a restaurant and is able to create a stunning product with a passion for both visual and equally tasting dishes.
So with all that in mind - we also chose to keep the kitchen. This allows for a quality experience for both food and wine!  

We love the holidays - and have a set menu for Christmas, Easter or New Years!
2023 Christmas Menu is as follows: 795,- pr. person
(not including wine parring
 - as this is tailored to each event
-  Scallops served with Pickled Cucumber, Chive Oil, Celery Chips and Sorrel
- Fried Cauliflower served with Truffle, Pickled Red Onions and Hazelnuts

- Duck Confit Croquettes served with Aioli made from Fermented Garlic and Yellow Beets
- Sirloin Fillet served with Bordelaise sauce, Celery Puree, Baked Onion and Beetroot
- White Chocolate Panna Cotta served with Cherry Sorbet


Besides that - Eva has a  3 and 5 course set menu where she offers:
